ChickensOur broilers chickens are free-range and pasture-raised. We strongly believe this to be the best way to keep our birds healthy and happy, as well as providing the best quality food for your table. Stewing hens are also available, and are excellent for making soups and broth. TurkeysWe will be offering regular broadbreasted white turkeys again this year - sorry no heritage breed this year (bourbon reds, etc.). Our butchering date is shortly before Thanksgiving for fresh birds, or they are available frozen after Thanksgiving. WE ARE SOLD OUT FOR THE YEAR - SORRY.
